1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to the AI BNB Agency program ("the Program") from BnbUni, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. Pre-Sale and Access Date
The Program is currently offered as a pre-sale. By paying today, you are reserving your spot at a discounted rate. Course materials, live calls, community access, and any other deliverables will be made available beginning July 1, 2026. No materials, calls, or community access will be provided before that date.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to attend live sessions, dissatisfaction with the materials, or any other reason. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
4. No Guarantee of Results
The information and materials provided by BnbUni are educational in nature. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding income, profits, business results, or any other financial outcomes you may achieve as a result of the Program. Your results will depend on many factors including but not limited to your effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
5. Not Financial, Legal, or Business Advice
The information provided in the Program and all related BnbUni assets (such as the electronic book, Facebook group, and related materials) is general in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. It has been prepared without considering your individual objectives, financial situation, or business needs. Before acting on this information, you should assess its appropriateness in light of your circumstances and seek independent professional advice if necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BnbUni and its related entities, owners, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any reliance on the information provided through the Program or any associated materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are the intellectual property of BnbUni and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any Program materials without express written permission.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. BnbUni does not store your card information. By completing your purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
